Give your car a check before winter sets in. It's far better to know that there's a problem with the demister before you have to get into a freezing car.

Winter Checks

1. Check the battery. Make sure it's in good condition and that the lead connections are tight.
2. Check wipers and washers. Top up your screenwash and try the wipers so you can clear any blockages.
3. Check lights and indicators. Try them out and get someone to check they work properly. Replace any bulbs that aren't working.
