There are two kinds: foot pumps and electric pumps. The electronic pumps are easiest to use as they have a built-in gauge and plug into the cars cigarette lighter. If your budget will stretch choose a pump with a metal barrel as it's tougher. Bigger pumps also inflate tyres more easily.
